Mr. Poserina focuses on Estate Planning, Medicaid/Nursing Home Planning and Elder Law Issues. He is a tax attorney who is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Poserina has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Temple University. He has a Doctorate in Law from Delaware Law School, Widener University and a Master in Law of Taxation from Widener University School of Law.

Mr. Poserina is an active member of the Cape May County Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association Elder Law section and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc.

Andrea P. McHugh, Esq.

Ms. McHugh, is an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey.

Ms. McHugh has a Bachelors degree from Rowan University and she received a Doctorate in Law from Widener University, Delaware. Andrea concentrates her practice in the areas of Estate Administration, Estate Litigation and Guardianships.

Ms. McHugh is active in a number of professional organizations including the Cape May County Bar Association, and is also a member of the New Jersey Bar Association Elder Law section.
